Customer orientation is all about putting the customer at the centre of all that you do in business. You need to think of everything from how the customer will see it. This is vital for a customer satisfaction and a successful business. Happy customers who return to use your product or service again, equal higher profits. Look at your business and if it or your team is too heavily sales or product oriented you should look at ways you can change.
